Bella Terra is a high-end residential landscape company in Door County. We're hiring a Landscape Technician to join our crew this season. If you like working outside, learning on the job, and take pride in your work — we want to hear from you. No formal experience required.

Landscape Technician - Door County, WI

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Plant, maintain, and care for residential gardens

• Pruning, edging, mulching, bed care, and seasonal installs

• Operate hand tools and light equipment

• Work to a high standard of cleanliness and detail

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable transportation

• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outside in all weather

• Punctual, coachable, and detail-oriented

• Interest in plants, landscaping, or working with your hands

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

• $15 – $30/hour based on experience

• Hands-on training and mentorship

• Seasonal position with potential to grow into a full-time role
